AMRF is a charitable, non-profit organization 501(c)(3), which is dependent on contributions from other foundations, businesses, religious organizations, clubs and private individuals.

Since it is primarily a volunteer organization, utilizing the efforts of numerous volunteers, 99% of all funds received are used directly for program costs.
